Depending on how creative an instructor can be, there is nothing stopping the instructors from writing case studies and as well as real-life situations. This will make students relate well with the situations being discussed. However, like I said, such an instructor should learn how to be creative to pen down his course in a way that students will want to engage in the discussion.
