Ask Can a startup without a big budget still be benefit from the BMF company membership?

I have heard so much about the BMF company membership that have really got me so convinced. The platform, according to what I heard will give leverage to the users to get the best of their business. It can be used to promote and as well build reputation.

Unfortunately, I wish to join this platform but I don't have the resources enough for me to join. I am just a startup business owners. Am I still allowed to join the platform?
