Some freelancers spread themselves across several platforms at once, looking for work on Upwork, Fiverr, Toptal, and others all at the same time. The idea is that more platforms mean more chances of landing a client, but it can also become difficult to manage communication, proposals, and ongoing projects in different places. Others prefer to focus on one platform, get comfortable there, and only expand when they feel ready. Both approaches seem to work for different people depending on how they like to work. Have you tried using multiple platforms at the same time, and how did it go for you?
