I am an independent graphic design freelance and I am designing logos and my contract states the client owns final files after payment but I keep moral rights to integrity. I am seeing clients stretch distort and add effects that ruin the brand I built. I am sending cease and desist letters when changes misrepresent my work. I am also adding usage clauses to prevent damage before it happens.
