Ask Can a client on a freelance platform request a replacement freelancer if they are not satisfied?

From what I know, most platforms give clients some way to raise a complaint or exit a contract if things are not going well. Whether that means getting a replacement freelancer depends on the platform and the type of service involved. Some platforms handle this through dispute resolution while others just allow the contract to be cancelled. I want to know if anyone here has been on either side of this situation and how the platform handled it.
