Ask Can a business with no online reviews still do well with digital marketing?

It is possible, but there is an extra layer of difficulty that most people underestimate. Reviews are basically strangers vouching for you. When someone lands on your page and sees that other real people have bought from you and were happy, it lowers their guard. Without that, every visitor has to trust you based on nothing but what you say about yourself, which is a harder sell. You can still run ads and create content, but turning visitors into buyers becomes a slower process. Businesses in that position usually need to lean harder on transparency and showing the human side of what they do.
