Freelancers can get clients anywhere. But the fact is that they can get more of their clients from many freelancing services. Among the popular ones include Fiverr and Upwork. However, there are some people that prefer getting tasks from Fiverr compared to Upwork for some reasons. For instance, there are some people that believe that Upwork gives them more chance of deciding on their own compared to Fiverr which they believe doesn't give them much leverage.
