In fact, they don't need to seek permission before getting their classes done. They can fix the time they like for their clients.

So yeah, I'm not an official coach, but I do my best to guide people, help them grow, and make learning or solving problems

While working as an independent coach is most coaches goals, not all coaches are independent. It is now imperative for the coaches to be working in a way that they will be independent. Doing this will make them develop their own strategies and as well find a way of improving his clients himself

I wouldn't really call myself an independent coach, but I do kind of act like one sometimes. I enjoy helping people figure stuff out whether it's setting goals, tackling challenges, or just making sense of things. It's super casual, nothing official, no clients or business. Sometimes it's career stuff, sometimes learning something new, or just brainstorming ideas.
