Being happy with the level of growth of a business is truly personal. But for someone that loves making money, they wont be satisfied no matter the amount of money they are making. That's why it is better to have a manager that is hungry for achievements.

I'm definitely proud of how far it's come, especially when I think about where I started. Things are moving forward, more people are showing interest, and it finally feels like something real and stable. Of course, I still wish growth was faster sometimes. But I've learned that steady progress is better than rushing and stressing myself out. I'm also trying to make sure the growth actually makes sense for my life and doesn't completely drain me. Overall, I feel good about it.
