Are there ways freelancers can escape the 20% charge fees on Fiverr?

There is no way freelancers can escape the 20% charge free, unfortunately. But this doesn't mean that there is no way they can use other methods to get this mitigated. For instance, they can charge extra to cover the 20% charge. Not only that, they need to make sure that they are using other platforms like Upwork. Upwork charges but not as much as Fiverr. It only charges 10%. What other ways can you suggest?
