Yes. There are sometimes that the freelancers won't even see more tasks to do. Freelancing is flexible making it difficult for the freelancers sometimes to get tasks. Yeah definitely. Freelancing isn't always busy. Some months are packed and other months feel dead quiet especially around holidays or when clients are waiting on budgets. Its part of the job. Thats why most freelancers save money and keep pitching even during slow periods so they don't panic when work dries up.
