It doesn't really seem like there are moderators hanging out 24/7. There was a thread asking if anyone's around all the time to keep things in check, but no one really had an answer. So it looks like moderation is probably done by volunteers or part-timers who check in whenever they can, not a full team watching the site every minute. Basically, if something goes up, it might sit there for a bit before someone notices. So yeah, don't count on a moderator popping up instantly
