I'm looking for a jailbreak tweak that can block redirects from one website to another on iOS 14. I know there are tweaks like NoRedirect and TabBlocker that stop other apps from opening links or prevent new tabs from opening in Safari. However, those don't stop a webpage from automatically redirecting to several other sites. For example, I can't even read an obituary online because the site constantly redirects me to five or more other websites, often full of ads or unrelated content. It's extremely frustrating and makes browsing nearly impossible. I'm specifically trying to prevent in-browser redirects, not just pop-ups or app launches. Does anyone know of a tweak that blocks or interrupts this kind of redirection behavior on iOS 14?

I don't know if you can fully block them, but there are a couple of small tricks. Clearing cookies often helps because some of those redirects are cookie-driven. Also, using a content blocker or ad blocker can stop a good number of them. Safari isn't as flexible as Chrome or Firefox when it comes to fine-tuning stuff like this, which makes it a bit annoying. Still, if it's for basic browsing, setting up a blocker does cut down the worst of it.

Blocking domain redirects in Safari can be tricky because the browser is designed to protect users from unsafe redirects automatically. One simple approach is to enable Safari's built-in "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" and "Block Pop-ups" options. These don't block every redirect, but they stop most malicious or automatic redirects. You can also use Safari extensions that block scripts and trackers, which often handle unwanted domain redirects more aggressively. It's not perfect, but it helps reduce the problem.

Safari doesn't let you block all domain redirects completely, but you can reduce them a lot with some settings. Turning on "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" and "Block Pop-ups" helps stop automatic redirects. You can also use content-blocking or ad-blocking extensions, which prevent scripts from sending users to other domains. It's not perfect, but for most cases it cuts down unwanted redirects and makes browsing safer without breaking normal websites too much.

You can reduce or block domain redirects in Safari by adjusting a few settings. Enable Prevent cross-site tracking in Safari Preferences > Privacy, which blocks tracking-based redirects. You can also disable pop-ups under Preferences > Websites to stop some redirection triggers. For extra protection, use a strong ad blocker or content blocker to block redirect scripts entirely. These tweaks won't catch everything, but they'll help a lot with reducing redirects.
