Official company threads are meant to serve as a central space where businesses can introduce themselves, share updates, and interact with the community. For these threads to be effective, they need to be easy for members to locate without having to search too deeply. Since the COMPANY Membership highlights visibility as one of its main benefits, it would make sense for these threads to be placed in a section of the forum where members frequently visit. If they are hidden or only accessible through several steps, businesses may not get the exposure they are expecting. Are the official company threads displayed in a dedicated area of the forum that members can quickly browse, or do they get mixed in with general discussions?
