I always wonder how some business owners grow their email lists so quickly while mine crawls at a slow pace. The difference seems to be automation. I know the basics, but advanced systems feel like a mystery to me. That curiosity is what made me join the ENTREPRENEUR membership. I want to move past simple sign-up forms and actually set up processes that run while I focus on other tasks. If I can master automation, my list could scale much faster. It's not like joining a group gives you a certificate in email workflows. That said, many programs do offer training if you seek it out. But the average entrepreneur learns by breaking things first, then watching YouTube at 2 a.m. Advanced automation usually comes from trial, hired pros, or premium courses, not from membership badges. So yeah, some members get trained, but most hustle to figure it out on their own.

What stands out about email list growth is that automation usually works best when there is already something valuable encouraging people to join. Lead magnets, useful content, and clear sign-up offers often come before the automation itself. Once those pieces are in place, automated follow-up sequences can help turn more visitors into long-term subscribers.
