On BMF.io, businesses usually can't just change who owns a post or mess with the date it was made. The site wants to keep things honest and clear, so switching up the owner or date could confuse people or seem sketchy. You can usually update your posts or add new info, but flipping the original details? Not really allowed. If something's really wrong, it's better to ask BMF.io's support team for help.

If the account is more of a shared company profile, then it makes sense to hand things over when someone new joins the team or another person takes charge. That said, it's not always automatic. Sometimes you need admin rights or special permission to do it, just to keep things secure and avoid random changes

From what many members understand, businesses normally cannot freely change ownership of posts anytime they want because forum records and company threads are meant to stay transparent.
