Are all freelancers competent?

The fact is that there are some people that are not really qualified to be a freelancer but they are only in it because they believe that they can easily make money from freelancing. They don't really have skills they are promoting. This people are not seen as being qualified to be freelancers. Those that can be seen as competent freelancers will understand how difficult it is to be involving in freelancing but still be venturing into it.
