Ask Are affiliate penalized if their referral request for money?

I just got my first sales on BMF last week. I was able to convince a referral that bought a single digital course. However, the referral notified me of his intention to ask for refund. He said he will love to purchase the bundle instead of single.

I don't know if I will be penalized for him returning it. I have begged him but he said he will still use my code to purchase the bundle. Will I be punished?
