We find that it depends entirely on the content you are offering. If you have a very desirable PPV video and as such have a large number of viewers it can make good amount of money the side, however if the content is not viewed by tens of thousands of viewers as the content owner you are better of not alienating your viewers and simply leaving it as PPV without adverts as this will be your main income source anyhow.
