The cost of applying for jobs has gone up so much that many freelancers are losing money just trying to find work. You have to buy digital tokens called connects to send your pitch to a client and they finish very quickly. If you do not get the job, those tokens are gone and you have to buy more with your own money. Is there a way to attract clients without bidding on every single post? The proposal is where most people lose. You send something that sounds like everyone else and wonder why nobody replies. Read the job post carefully, pick out one specific thing the client said, and speak directly to that. It changes how you come across completely.
