Strategy consulting has always felt like the kind of work that belongs to big firms with long client lists and polished offices. Most people assume you need a team or a brand name before anyone will trust you with serious business decisions. But I keep seeing solo consultants landing real work without any firm behind them, and it makes me wonder how much the firm actually matters compared to the results you can show. Have you done strategy consulting as a solo freelancer, and how did you convince clients to trust you?

Yes it is possible for you to do it like that. But one thing is that you have to be diligent and focus on providing maximum satisfaction to your client in order to have positive reviews and feedback. You can give more room for feedback and review after you have delivered the project
