I am feeling a bit puzzled about something I noticed in my online store. I have been running it for several months and sales seem steady. Recently, I saw some repeat customers coming back while others never returned.
I set up a small rewards program to see if it encourages people to buy more. I also tracked purchases and offered points for certain products. I sent emails to remind customers about their points and rewards.
I am not sure if this is making a real difference. Do loyalty programs drive more repeat purchases for e-commerce?
