I just established a new blog in pet niche. I don't have enough time to focus on SEO for the blog. I'm considering hiring someone to help with SEO, but I'm not sure how much I should expect to pay. I want the person to do the keyword research, write contents and build quality backlinks for the website.

I know pricing can vary a lot depending on experience, services offered, and the project's scope, but what's a reasonable range? Should I be looking at a one-time fee, monthly retainer, or hourly rate? I don't want to over pay.
