I noticed that people are unconsciously sinister and wicked. Couple with the fact that people are selfish, they will always want to take advantage of everything. This is very common among the consumers as they will always look for a way to make most from the little amount they are spending on products. I have seen someone who is taking advantage of coupon to get most of the products at least price. This usually affect the business. My boss is suffering from positive of fund in his business because most of the customers are not paying on time due to his nice nature. I'll be glad to hear from you to know why is it bad to be nice in business?

Being nice as a business owner isn't always a good thing. If you're too nice, people might start taking advantage of you. You might end up working extra hours for free, letting people slack off, or avoiding tough talks because you don't want to upset anyone. Sure, being kind is great, but running a business also means being firm, setting boundaries, and sometimes making unpopular choices. The trick is finding a balance: you can be friendly and fair without letting people walk all over you or hurting your bottom line.

It is not bad to be nice, it is only too bad to be too nice. This s because customers may take the advantage of being nice to be acting anyhow. Some may buy goods on credit. Some may not make an honest reviews and some other things that that may affect the business owners.

Business is not a charity organization. It should be taken with seriousness. However this doesn't mean we don't need to be too nice with the audience. You can easily mix the two to strike the balance. Just don't be too nice and don't be too strict. Just do the right one at the right time.

If you always say yes to customers, you can end up giving discounts you can't afford, taking extra work, or agreeing to deadlines that stress you out. Some people might even start taking advantage of you because they know you won't say no. It can also make it harder to raise prices or stick to your rules. At the end of the day, you might just burn yourself out. You've got to be friendly, but also a bit firm. Nice is good, but boundaries keep your business running properly. Otherwise things can get messy pretty fast
