Business owners always dodge tax for many reasons. Some of them have the opinions that their money is not counting. Then believe that government only siphones the money. There are a lot of evidence as they cannot see most of the things done be the government.

Many business owners may be expecting government to come to their aid during some hard period but government may not even do as if they heard. What do you think?
