In auditing business account, who audits the accounts matter a lot. The person must be of integrity and had a well-versed knowledge on what auditing of account means. It can be external auditor and as well as internal. In fact, some business owners always do the auditing themselves.

That's so true. Who audits the account matters in businesses matter. If it is a small business run by just one person, the account can be audited by the person himself. But for a big business, it is better if the account is audited by an external auditor.

They come in every so often to go through our financials and make sure everything adds up. It's nice having someone from the outside look at things because they catch stuff we might miss. Our finance team just hands over the papers and explains stuff as needed, and it usually goes pretty smoothly. The auditors know our business pretty well by now, so it's not stressful at all. Honestly, it's reassuring to know someone professional is double-checking our numbers, so we don't have to worry about messing anything up.

Auditing should be taken seriously. And it is to be done seriously, there is a need to know who will be doing it. Choosing external auditor may be a good idea for those that are looking for ways of auditing their financial transactions without any error. But it is costly.
