Normally, there should be punishment for every rule in a business. This means a business owner must have assigned punishment to whichever offence committed at workplace. Personally, I would have to attract sacking to the workers that involve in stealing and mismanagement of funds. That means they are not trustworthy and they should not be relied on.

There is a high tendency that I will sack a worker if he does something contrary to what I laid down as the boss. There are some times that some workers will be sabotaging the efforts of the business owners. Also, if such a worker keeps influencing other workers badly.

Like, if they're always slacking off, not doing their job right, or not improving after getting feedback, it can be a problem. Serious stuff like stealing, lying, or treating others badly will definitely get you kicked out too. Also, if someone's always late or just doesn't show up, it messes with the team. And if you can't keep up with changes at work or don't follow the rules, it can be a reason to let someone go as well.

I know that it is very difficult for a business owner to be thinking of sacking workers but there are some situations that warrants it. And there is nothing to be done in such a case. For instance, a worker that is spying and telling competitors the secret of the company shouldn't be retained.
