New year should come with more resolutions and more ideas to be added to business in order to ensure the growth of such a business. There are different ideas that need to be added to business in order to make it more profitable.

Some of these ideas can be gotten by going to some seminars while some can be gotten from studying competitors. What are the new ideas you wish to introduce to improve your business?

You should ensure that you include technological tools. Make sure you automate your customer care. Ensure you are studying your competitors as well. This will make you to know what your competitors lack. You can easily incorporate this into it. That's what I would do to improve my business.

I'm planning to get more into social media to reach more people and connect with customers better. Making the customer experience smoother is also a big goal like maybe adding live chat or more personal touches. I'd love to team up with other local businesses too, to offer new stuff and grow my network. Plus, using some tools to make day-to-day work easier would save a ton of time.
