All business owners want to make profit. They want to maximise their profits in a way that will make them rich. This is right and there is nothing bad about it. But the fact is that a business owner should make sure that while a business is focusing on profit, there should be a way of satisfying customers. This will give a chance for the business to go far.

Business is all about providing values, in my own opinion. When you provide values, there is no way there won't be more customers for you and your products. Those that want to make profit alone always put into consideration, quantity over quality. That's why it is not good focusing on profit first.
