The BMF support team is pretty quick and chill when it comes to helping instructors. Whenever I've had a question or needed a hand with stuff like course setup or tech issues, they usually get back to me within a day or so. Their answers are actually helpful, not just generic try this stuff, and they walk you through fixes step by step. Even for little things, they're happy to help, which makes running a course way less stressful.
