It is normal for email marketer to learn how to follow up their mails. Following up mails will allow the mail marketers to know whether the subscribers are truly interested or not. It is advisable this is carried out at some interval of some weeks. Doing it weekly may make the contacts feel bombarded with messages.

I usually follow up emails based on the type of campaign and audience behavior. For a new lead, I might send a first follow-up two to three days after the initial email if there's no response. Then I usually schedule a second follow-up a week later. I try not to overwhelm the recipient, so I space them out and make sure each follow-up adds value rather than repeating the same message.
