However, it's important to confirm if all referrals must complete the full posting requirement before the reward is credited. Can anyone confirm if partial rewards are given before reaching 100 posts, or must every referred member meet the full condition before any payment is received?

I am not aware of how much BMF.io pays per referral, so I can't say exactly how many you'd need to make $10. What you can do is check your BMF.io account for something like a Referrals or Affiliate tab within the menu and it should show something like $X per successful referral. Once you see that, just do $10 ÷ that amount to figure out how many you need.
