Some email marketers have been accused of bombarding their recipients with many emails. They keep sending messages even when they haven't answered one. This makes it look so tiring and annoying to some recipients.

It is better an intending and existing email marketer be warned against sending unsolicited mails to their recipients. Even if the messages are relevant, they should not be bombarded with these messages to avoid getting irritated.

There's no exact number, but for most email marketing, 1–3 messages per week is usually safe. You don't want to overwhelm recipients or they may unsubscribe. It's better to focus on quality and relevance rather than quantity. Tracking opens and clicks helps see if your audience is okay with the frequency.
