I feel pretty unsure about what really draws people in on TikTok these days. I've started making videos that are direct replies to comments, just to see if that sparks more interest. I look for questions or funny remarks, then try to be quick in posting my responses.
Sometimes those reply videos get a bit more engagement than my regular posts. I notice people sometimes ask more questions, hoping they'll get a video response back. I still can't guess if this route actually helps my following grow in the long run.
