Do you always involve in email marketing segmentation?

There is a list for email marketer to divide his email lists into different segments. This will save his time in knowing the right audience. There is a need to segment emails recipient in to different segments based on their needs.

Do you always do this? It doesn't require much knowledge other than the fact that it takes time. Email marketer must know much about his contact list to know the group to place them.

There is no doubt that email segmentation truly take time. But the fact is that the time that it takes truly is worth it. The email marketers face different challenges which include inability to know the right audience. In order to reduce this stress, then there is a need to have email segmentation. Email segmentation however may take time, but it is very efficient and effective if email marketers can truly dedicate their time to performing it.
 
Segmentation is something I use almost all the time. I group my audience by things like location, age, or past behavior. This way, I can tailor emails to their needs and interests. Sometimes I test sending to the full list if the content is general, but targeted emails usually give much better results. It's a key part of effective email marketing.
