This creates motivation to bring in active members who contribute regularly. But sometimes, a referral might stop being active after a while. The question is whether the referral commission continues even if that person no longer participates, or if earnings from referrals depend on them staying active. Does the system reward only for the initial signup and activity, or does long-term engagement of the referral also play a role?
