Ask Can BMF tokens be exchanged for real money or crypto?

I've been reading up on BMF.io and saw that the platform uses BMF tokens as part of its rewards system.

What I can't figure out is what you can actually do with those tokens once you earn them.

I read from the comments that they're only useful inside the platform, while others hint that they might be redeemable for PayPal cash, crypto, or even gift cards.

I would like to ask you guys that can BMF tokens be exchanged for real money or crypto?

BMF.io tokens aren't exactly like Bitcoin or cash you can just swap anywhere. On their site, they say you can earn $DOLLAR$ points for posting stuff, and those points can be cashed out for actual USD or crypto through their payout system. But that doesn't mean every BMF token is listed on big exchanges or can be traded freely at market value. Basically, you can get real money or crypto, but only through their system, not like normal crypto trading.
