Ask As a business owner, do you goto work everyday?

Though there should be a time of rest, rest is better enjoyed after a lot of labour. Business owners should know that giving undeserved break for themselves may later tell on their business growth. In fact, what has been hindering the success of some businesses is unnecessary break that are given to themselves.

Most business owners don't go to work always especially those that have staff working for them. I don't think it is a good idea. I believe it is better to be going there in order to be monitoring the activities of the workers. Most workers don't get serious if there is no thorough supervision.

Some days I'm at the office early, tackling emails and meetings, other days I'm out meeting clients or checking on stuff, and sometimes I'm just brainstorming over coffee. Honestly, it doesn't always feel like work because it's something I'm super into, so it kind of blends into my life. But I do make sure I spend time every day on the business, even if it's just an hour planning or thinking ahead. Some days are crazy long, some are chill

There is nothing bad in going to work everyday. You can easily monitor your workers to know what they are doing. But in case this is not possible, you can easily be going at some interval just to check out what your staff are doing. This will make your business effective.
