BMF.io does have some geo-restrictions for affiliates. Basically, if you live in or access the site from certain countries, you're not allowed to join their affiliate program. Some of the blocked places include the U.S. (and its territories), France, the Netherlands, Australia, Austria, Germany, the UK, and Spain. They're also strict if you're in a country where online gambling isn't allowed , that's a no-go too.
