BMF.io doesn't freeze your account just because you're not earning much. There's no clear rule saying your account gets shut down if your earnings drop. They mostly talk about how to earn money, posting to get $DOLLAR, and the minimum amount needed to withdraw.

That said, some sites do pause accounts if you're inactive for a while or don't meet certain goals so it's not impossible to be quite honest with you
