Hey everyone,

I've been curious about how flexible native ad networks are when it comes to rates and deals. I've run a few campaigns across different platforms and noticed some pricing differences. I reached out to a couple of networks to see if there's room to negotiate or get better terms.

I've shared my campaign goals and budgets with their reps and waited to see what they offered. The whole process feels a bit like feeling out a dance partner—sometimes smooth, sometimes awkward.

How do you negotiate rates or deals with native ad networks?

Go in with your numbers ready, because that's what they actually care about. If you're bringing steady volume, use that as your bargaining chip and ask for better CPCs or improved payout tiers. It also helps to let them know you're talking to other networks, even casually, so they know they're not your only option. Start small, prove you can perform, then push for better deals once they trust you. And sometimes it's not even just about price
