There are some clients that won't just listen no matter the effort of the coaches. They may be slow learners. Focusing on this set of people may slow down the process, and waste a lot of time and effort. Though it is a way of making sure that all clients get value for their money.

But in a way to save time and efforts, some coaches always focuse on the clients that care to listen and assimilate quickly.
 
I treat all my clients fairly and try to motivate them, but I naturally put more effort into the ones who actually care and want to grow. Some people just need more time to come around, and that's okay but I'll still be there when they're ready. Moreover, I'm not gonna waste energy pushing someone who's not interested. So yeah, I keep checking on everyone, but I focus more on the ones who are really trying to make progress.
 
Some clients are super engaged and actually want to listen, so it's easy to get things moving with them. Others might be distracted, skeptical, or just not really into it yet, which can be frustrating. I still try to include everyone, keeping things clear and simple, and celebrating little wins to get them more involved. At the same time, I focus more energy where it's actually going to make a difference.
 
It is always better for a coach to make sure that all clients are carried along. When there is no decorum in the class, the class will not be effective. There is a way you can just charge all the clients, so that they will know the benefits of them listening attentively for them to be carried along.
