Your cut mostly comes from whatever deal you set up when you join so they don't automatically give you more if your course blows up. Some folks on their forums have asked if high-performing courses get better splits or bonuses, but there's no official system for that. Basically, you get what's in your contract, and that's it. That said, you can negotiate terms when you join, so if you're killing it with your courses, you might be able to work out something better.
