Ask How do you handle burnout when it hits as a freelancer?

Sometimes you can feel so tired and stressed that you no longer enjoy the work you used to love. This happens a lot when you take on too many projects at once without taking a proper break. When your brain feels heavy and you cannot think of any new ideas, it is a sign that you have pushed yourself too far. I am curious to hear how you deal with this heavy feeling. What do you do to recover your strength and mental peace?

The first thing you need to do is to take a short break if it happens that you have a gig at hand which you need to deliver. Then do all your best to finish the task at hand. After that you can decide to go on a short holiday and stay away from the work to cool your head off.
