Ask Do freelance platforms verify the jobs that clients post before freelancers can apply?

It would save a lot of time if platforms checked every job post before letting freelancers apply, but that does not always seem to be the case. Some job listings are vague, unrealistic about payment, or just poorly written, and yet they still appear on the platform. Freelancers end up spending energy on proposals that lead nowhere because no one checked if the job was properly set up. I wonder how much screening actually happens on the platforms people use here. Do you think your platform does a good job of checking client posts?

The major function of the platform is to bring the freelancers and the customers together. You don't usually interfere between the boat party on the project. Their job is to maintain seamless operation between the two parties and ensure that all parties involved win. They come into play when there is a dispute between two of them.
