It would save a lot of time if platforms checked every job post before letting freelancers apply, but that does not always seem to be the case. Some job listings are vague, unrealistic about payment, or just poorly written, and yet they still appear on the platform. Freelancers end up spending energy on proposals that lead nowhere because no one checked if the job was properly set up. I wonder how much screening actually happens on the platforms people use here.
