Hey everyone, I'm kind of confused about handling returns and exchanges in my e-commerce store. I've been running it for a little while now and started to see more return requests recently. I set up a basic process where customers contact me and I approve returns before shipping labels get issued.
I've tried organizing returned items quickly and updating inventory as fast as I can. Sometimes it feels overwhelming, especially when multiple returns come in at once. I want to keep things smooth without slowing down other parts of fulfillment.
