It seems similar to constantly checking social media, where the numbers rarely change much in a short period. What are some effective ways to break this cycle? Is it better to limit access completely, or is it enough to create a simple routine for checking stats?

Stop refreshing dashboards all day by setting strict windows. Pick three checkpoints and mute notifications outside those times. Automate alerts for critical changes; if nothing pings, nothing's changed. Finally, ask yourself: what action will you take based on this number? If none, stop looking. Real-time data won't fix a weekly strategy. Trust the process, not the constant flicker. Your mental space is worth more than a spinning loader.
