I believe it's better to take time, build a real connection with your audience, and be honest about what you're sharing. If the product helps them, they'll trust you more. I've also seen people skip testing their links or not checking their results. That's risky, because you can't improve what you're not watching closely.
 
There are many problems that are associated with affiliate marketing. One of the problems include ignorance. Most affiliate marketers don't know much about affiliate marketing before they started. They dont do much research. That's why some of them have not made any money ever since they have started the program. In fact, some of them chose wrong niches that are very difficult for them to promote, hereby not generating money for themselves.
 
Another big mistake is giving up too early when results do not come fast enough. Many people expect to make money in the first few weeks, but building an audience and trust takes months. Also, not building an email list is a huge missed opportunity. Social media platforms can change their rules or algorithms anytime, but email subscribers belong to you directly.
 
A big mistake in affiliate marketing is not learning about your audience first. If you don't know what they need or like, how can you promote the right products? Another issue is focusing only on selling instead of helping. People want value and trust, not just sales pitches. Lastly, ignoring data is a problem. If you don't check what's working or not, you could waste time on the wrong products or strategies. Take it slow and learn as you go.
 
In order to avoid mistakes, there is a mistake to also learn more about the products. This is on the mistakes that affiliate make as well. Some of them will not even do any background checking to know more about the products before promoting them. The only promote to make money. And not really to add value to their audience.
 
One of the biggest mistakes is jumping in without a clear niche. When you promote random products, people don't see you as a trusted source. It becomes harder to build an audience because your message is not focused, and that usually leads to low conversions even if you get traffic.
